Unlike traditional wire saws that move back and forth, endless wire moves in one continuous direction, enabling smoother, faster, and more precise cuts.
When applied to crytsal processing, this technology offers significant advantages over bandsaws, blade saws, and conventional wire saws:
- Faster Cutting Speeds The continuous loop design allows wire speeds of up to 80m/s, reducing cutting time and increasing throughput.
