The segmented diamond-coated cutting wire saw is our second-generation product innovation. In the first generation, the diamond coating was uniformly distributed on the wire surface. Now, by spacing the coating into segments, we have created a significant amount of debris clearance space. This design is particularly advantageous for materials that generate a large amount of waste during dry cutting. As a result, the cutting wire’s lifespan has been increased by 30% to 50%.
Additionally, this coating method allows the diameter of the endless diamond cutting wire saw to be made thicker. The maximum diameter of traditional endless diamond wire is 1 mm, whereas the segmented diamond-coated endless wire can have a maximum diameter of 3.5 mm.
