La oblea se introduce en la hoja giratoria para realizar el corte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corte extremadamente fino (hasta 0,25 mm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceso establecido utilizado en el corte tradicional de semiconductores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alto rendimiento para obleas de peque\u00f1o formato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limitaciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capacidad de corte limitada: s\u00f3lo adecuada para materiales m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que el di\u00e1metro interior de la cuchilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las altas vibraciones durante el corte aumentan el riesgo de astillado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El acabado superficial requiere un pulido posterior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El desgaste frecuente de las cuchillas requiere un mantenimiento continuo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sierras de hilo diamantado<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las sierras de hilo diamantado funcionan mediante un hilo en bucle incrustado con abrasivos diamantados. Sin embargo, cuando se trabaja con obleas de gran di\u00e1metro o sustratos gruesos, las sierras ID se ven limitadas por el di\u00e1metro f\u00edsico de su hoja.
